Kallatina Shipwreck

When Wrecked: 1930

Location: Southern

Passenger and cargo ship - 646 tons and 179 feet long. She was built in 1890 and operated by the North Coast Steam Navigation Company. She ws later owned by John Burke and used for the Gulf Service. The Kallatina was scuttled at Bulwer in the 1930s to form a small boat harbour (the western wreck).
